Any tips for golfing for someone who hasn’t gone in 3 years?

DEFINETLY stretch. you will pull a muscle golfing eventually but if you dont want that happening often stretch. ive pulled many muscles, and it hurts. trust me, you dont want a pulled crotch.

all of the stretching of course but just work on basics Take 70% swings and find some feel.

Get comfortable with your short game again. Work on getting a feel for putting and chipping. Long (30-40 ft) and short (3 & 6 ft) putting will help. Make sure to get warmed up with the full swing. Most importantly keep your expectations low. Don’t worry about how you used to play, just go have fun and work your way back into it over time.
