anyone ever get asked on a golfing date before?

i got asked by this couple to join them on a golf outing this weekend and cuz she’s a friend of mine i said yes. my question though is what do people wear golfing? and no i’ve never golfed in my life so i have no clue of anything other than you hit a stupid ball and then go hit it again. anyhow let me have some ideas on what to wear as i’m going shopping in the morning for an outfit for it.

i go mini golfing on dates, and just wear street clothes…if you mean real, 18-hole golf course type things, polos are just cliche enough to work. or just ask your date what he’s wearing

most golf courses require people to wear a shirt with a collar… and nice pants.. but for a girl i guess like a skirt (not denim) and not to short would be ok… khaki would be the best pick

Just wear some light colored pants or capri pants and a golf shirt, you know, a casual shirt with a collar. You should fit in anywhere with that outfit. I would think it would be casual wear but no jeans or anything dumpy.

i went golfing for the first time 2 days ago with my friends cus he asked me. Well i showed up there and they wer both all dressed nice and stuff and as i was walking by every1 looked at me. And one of thje ppl there said that he couldnt believe i was there. Well, i learned my lesson. first of all, wear som type of polo and make ur hair neat and bright colors. Just try to look rly nice. Oh, and make sure u bring clubs or ask ur friends to bring u clubs or ur gonna end up having to pay a rip off price renting.

Most driving ranges have a pro shop. but $10.00 hot dogs might be your first clue that you can get a better deal at target but it will also give you a chance to practice your swing with a bucket of balls and they have clubs that you can barrow for free.

i’d go commando and wear the sundress you were gonna wear shopping, it’d be way hotter on a golf course if yah know what i mean.
