Used this bag on 2 trips, one to Florida, and a second trip to China. On the return portion of the 2nd trip the top strap broke (handling by US Airways). Because of the hard top, this trap is riveted whereas straps attached to the other part of the bag are sewn. The riveted area is a weak point since the rivet actually cuts portions of the strap, and in just 2 trips it has broken. Since this top strap is the one used to pull the bag while rolling it along on the wheels, having a torn strap effectively eliminate use of the wheels and you are left with a heavy bag full of heavy golf equipment to carry…not a good solution.

I completely agree with the comment regarding durability. Same thing happened to my T-10: the rivets attaching the top strap to the plastic top pulled out, after only one or two uses. Of course, because I don’t travel with my clubs frequently, this happened after the one-year guarantee expired, and Bag Boy wouldn’t replace or repair the problem that its poor design caused.
I was able to fix the problem, after much trouble, by replacing the rivets with nuts and bolts, but it was much more trouble than it was worth.
Bag Boy has to remedy the design flaws of the T-10. Until it does, don’t buy this product.

I’ve used this cover on several trips involving air travel, and while the handle shows some wear from handling (as does all of my luggage handled by the airlines), it’s still in great shape. It’s true that the handle is riveted into the hard cover (you know, the part that keeps your clubs from getting broken?) and may eventually come loose. At $100 it’s one of the less expensive bags providing hard cover protection for almost any size bag.

As previously noted by other customers, the strap breaks easily; no strap makes it impossible to drag the bag from point A to B. For me it broke about the 7th time I used it. Additionally, when the strap is working, the bag drags on the ground and has no additional padding/reinforcement. This eventually led to a hole in the bottom of the bag. There was also an internal strap that should have been able to hold your bag down inside the case, but I could never get it to work and eventually just cut it off. I would completely avoid this product; do not purchase. Spend the extra money on a hard case and save yourself the heartache.

I recently took my 1st flight with my brand-new Bagboy T-10 and when I got to my destination my brand-new 3 wood was broken. I called the airline and their policy does not cover ANY bag that has a soft component to it. The Bag Boy T-10 was attractive because it had a soft body. Now I have a brand new useless bag and a broken club. Do not buy this bag if you care about your clubs.
