Can someone please tell me more about golfing in China, spesifically Mission Hills and Spring City.?

I would also like to know more about the accomodation at mission Hills or Shenzhen and spring city. And what is the food like there.

Yes I played mission hills back in 1995 when they had two Nicklaus design courses there. They now have 10 courses, all top designers, faldo, Vijay, ozaki, leadbetter, els, they all there.
It is the biggest golf club/resort in the world. They have a beautiful hotel and spa. It is a great experience you will not forget. You can arrange trips into the big city of Shenzhen.
There are many other beautiful courses to play in a 50 mile radius, more than 60.
Be prepared for a culture shock. China is a very different culture to the western culture in most repects

Mission Hills located in Shen Zhen, China… The best way to go there is go to Hong Kong and take a train or bus to shenzhen.
Shen Zhen is a nice city, the living cost there are much cheaper compare in US or Hong Kong.
There are many hotels over there, just contact your travel agent… 4-5 stars hotels cost you about US$ 70 / night… 3 star hotels cost you about $ 30/ night, dont worry about the distance… nothing too far in Shen Zhen.
Food… for sure you can easily find any kind of food in Shen Zhen… from the cheapest one until the expensive one. The problems if you can’t speak mandarin… well, should be problems for you to get food outside the hotels.
Mission hill, they have 180 holes!!! And beautifull caddies…
