    i use biofreeze. you can usually get this from a physical therapist, massage therapist or a chiropractor. the stuff is awesome and comes in a roll on. also be sure to wear a properly fitting knee brace. i don’t know how to play golf but i am physically active.

    Take some anti -imflammatories before your round. Ask an orthapedist what may be good for you. I take advils before playing and it helps alot. I don’t have arthritis but I do get pain in my knee joints while playing golf.
