I found this book similar to her other books. The Hank Haney perspective is very brief. all of the exercises anyone can do, not physically challenging. Its better to get a yoga DVD and do it because it will flow better than seeing it in still print.

This book made me realize that flexability issues are at the root of almost every swing problem. It containes simple moves that you can perform without equipment. Perfect for me since I travel.

I have been waiting for a book like this. Roberts and Haney are a great team up. Learning how my body functions in my golf swing and how to correct it has really helped my game. Highly recommended.

I bought this book to help me break the 11 handicap barrier I have been pushing for the last few months. Been focused on short game but know getting myself in better shape anw understanding where I could work on my body would also help. Am planning on using these over winter and see what the spring brings. Initial reading makes sense so am looking forward to using the suggestions. The book is a little wordy but know they are just trying to be complete. Reading time is not a problem over the winter for me.

I’m a relatively new golfer and this book has been great in showing me the importance of flexibility and strength training in golf. I definitely didn’t realize how complex a golf swing is and how working on the little things can make such a difference – I would recommend it to any golfer, any level.
