What is a typical good golf score for 9 holes, depending on experience level?

For instance, what would be considered good for a beginner vs amateur vs experienced golfer, in terms of how far over (or.. dare I say.. under) par you are?
I understand that the course difficulty can vary, so lets just assume it’s a lower-priced country club of mid-level difficulty, like I’m used to golfing at.

High handicapper(20 or higher) expect to shoot between 49-55. Mid-handicapper(13-19) expect to shoot between 40-48. A low handicap player(0-10) should shoot between 32-39. We all have good days and bad days or in my experience bad half rounds and good half rounds. I’m a 13 handicap and played 18 holes on a 9 hole course one day. I shot 46 on the first 9 and 38 on the second 9 from the tips. I personally feel that I can shoot the same scores on virtually any course. It depends on how I play.
