i see de la paz a very arrogant person in his earlier TV footages, and could have insulted those with guns and goons thus brawls erupted. but Hard to say who did the assault first. Maybe a background check of both of them to see who had the most troubles get the slap.
a boy witnessed for the de la paz, while on the other hand, 3 caddies witnessing for the pangadaman, if this 3 have their testimonies differently or very very similar, they’re sacked.

clash of “civilizations”.
golfing family meets political warlord family from the deep south. Pangandaman deals with an irrate person the only way he knows how to: by use of force and numbers. it’s just a damn shame all he and his 7 goons had to beat up was a 56-year old man and a 14-year old boy.
it doesn’t matter if De La Paz started the fight (which i think he did), it’s 8 or 9 men against 2. this is a clear-cut example of the kind of temperament and demeanor these traditional politicians and their families have… arrogant, foolish, ignorant, and disrespectful. no wonder our country is a mess.

Golf is supposed to be a gentlemen game, but apparently the Pangandaman’s DO NOT exhibit this character in their bones, they feel they have all the POWERS in this country and let all the people they encounter feel that, even in the supposed game where utmost sportmanship should be exercised which is why Dela Paz got irritated in their attitude inside the golf course.
When Dela Paz did got irritated by that and confronted the Pangandamams with this, instead of apologizing, they then manhandled this 56 year old guy and his 14 year old son, in front of his daughter. Would you even think this 56 year old guy have the power to go up against the Pangandamans and their guns with goons? Go figure…The Pangandamans should be REMOVED from government office IMMEDIATELY, the DAR Secretary may not have lift a finger to hurt Dela Paz, but did he do anything to stop beating the 14 year old boy and his father? or stop the fight altogether? NO he just sat there, enjoying and watching his sons and their goons beat the old man and his boy. Should that be an attitude and character of a government official? I believe a government official should be of utmost integrity which Sec. Pangandaman has not exercised at all in this incident and even encouraged his sons to let the people they are supposed to serve feel they are the powers that be and continue to be as arrogant as they are.
To Valley Golf, since they are allowing this to happen, sooner or later only the types of Pangandaman will be their members…all the other golfers will already shy or stay away from Valley Golf to avoid encountering the Pangandaman or other government officials like them who frequent Valley Golf.

Golf is a caballero game meaning gentlemans game, unfortunately the Pangandaman were not. They use their power even at the golf courses thinking they own the world. Abusive gov’t officials

first the politicians, then the economy,
and now even the game of golf?

i think those thugs should be “exported”

Let me guess. Someone influential person will intercede in behalf of another and “magkaka-aregluhan”. (money and arm twisting) Then there will be a press release showing both parties shaking hands and saying that it was all a misunderstanding. But we all know better.

personally, the brawling incident is totally uncalled for. golf is a sport, a game. there are rules on the game and on the greens. its such a gentleman’s game that incidents like this tarnishes the beauty of the game. imagine this sight… 5 congressmen, 5 senators, 4 cabinet secretaries all playing golf at the same time. the golf course would like a shooting range with bodyguards of these people brandishing guns of different makes and caliber. WHEW! i would think twice playing in a course like that. So, to all the dela Paz’ and Pangandaman’s out there, if you feel like doing contact sports, try muay thai or full contact karate.
