Obama doesn’t care about our troops. He feels nothing but contempt for our troops and veterans. He proved that when he came up the brilliant idea that they should pay for their own health care.

The wars never stopped Bush from taking vacations. During Bush’s eight years as President he vacationed 487 Days At Camp David and 490 Days At his Texas Ranch. In other words, 3.6 years of his Presidency had been spent on vacation.

Sorry to break this to you but all presidents take vacations. And they should. I would rather them take occasional breaks than develop mental health problems from the stress.

I love it how some Liberals are turning this question into another opportunity to Bushbash.
Does it really make sense to say that it is ok for Obama to be a jerk because Bush was a jerk? -Of course not. It is not ok to be a jerk.
Next, Bush stopped playing golf years ago because of liberal backlash. Liberals said it was wrong for Bush to play golf while soldiers were dying, so he stopped. This is a widely known FACT.
The point of this question is to show that liberal logic applies different standards of morality to Obama than it applied to Bush.
Last, I personally don’t care if either President plays golf. There even exist a couple of golf courses in Iraq on military bases for our armed services to play. Everyone does need a vacation, and that includes George W Bush.

When Bush left Office he handed Obama 2 sealed letters and told him, “When you find yourself in a hopeless situation which you cannot escape, open the first letter, and it will save you. Later, when you again find yourself in a hopeless situation from which you cannot escape, open the second letter.”
And soon enough, Obama found himself in a situation which he couldn’t get himself out of, and in desperation he tore open the first letter. It said simply, “Blame it all on me.” He did, and it worked.
But in due time Obama found himself in another disaster from which he could not extricate himself. Without despairing he eagerly searched his office and found the second letter, which he tore open desperate for its words of salvation. It read thus:
“Go golfing.”

at least he ended iraq unlike that motherfucker Bush. and Bush was the one starting it instead of sending only spec ops in there he sends the whole military. So I think this question is more rhetorical than anything and meant to stick a thumb in the eye of the media and liberal bloggers who savaged President Bush for going on “vacation” while (fill in the blank) happened.
Presidents are never on vacation while in office. They still get their daily briefings, the “suitcase” is never far from them, they still make decisions and they don’t get to leave the office behind like most people on vacation.
